Booking and Payment

All tour bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation by SudiLanka Tours.

To confirm a booking, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour cost must be paid upfront. The remaining balance must be settled before the start of the tour, as advised by our team.

We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as specified during the booking process.

Tour confirmations are only guaranteed after the deposit has been received and acknowledged.
Pricing and Currency

All prices listed on our website or in our quotations are in USD unless stated otherwise.

Prices are based on current rates of exchange, taxes, fuel costs, and third-party service rates. We reserve the right to revise prices in response to changes in these factors.
Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation by the Client:
If you wish to cancel your tour after confirmation, the request must be made in writing via email. The following conditions apply:-
The initial 30% deposit is non-refundable.

If additional payments have been made, refunds (if any) will be processed within 30 working days from the cancellation date.

Refunds will be made after deducting applicable charges, including but not limited to:

Third-party cancellation fees (e.g., hotels, transportation providers, activity partners), based on their individual policies

Administrative and communication fees

Bank transfer and transaction fees

Cancellation by the Company:
In the rare event that SudiLanka Tours must cancel a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer:-
A full refund of all amounts paid, or

An alternative tour of equal value, depending on the client’s preference.

Travel Documents and Insurance

You are responsible for ensuring that you possess valid travel documents, including passports, visas, health certificates, and insurance.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and delays.
Health, Safety, and Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that travel may involve risks, including those associated with physical activity, transportation, climate, and local conditions.

It is your responsibility to consult your doctor before travel and confirm that you are fit to participate in all planned activities.

SudiLanka Tours shall not be held liable for any illness, injury, or incident unless due to proven gross negligence on our part.
Changes to Itineraries

While we aim to deliver the tour as described, changes may be necessary due to weather, road conditions, local events, or force majeure.

We reserve the right to adjust itineraries and schedules. Where possible, clients will be informed in advance and offered suitable alternatives.
Intellectual Property

Third-Party Services
